Material〈3-4 pieces〉
  • - Orange section jelly
    • Orange One piece
    • Powdered gelatin 2g
  • - Yogurt jelly
    • Drink type Yogurt 250cc
    • Powdered gelatin 4g
    • Granulated sugar *if you like

Cutting Orange

  1. 1
    Strip off outer skins and thin interior skins like peeling by apple peeler.
  2. 2
    Put in kitchen knife between thin skins and sections, and make a separation.

    Cut 2 to 3 pieces from separated by 2
How to make
  1. Make an orange and the drink type yogurt at room temperature.
  2. Making yogurt jelly
    1. Powdered gelatin is sprinkled over two cups of yogurt, it warms about 10 seconds and melts in Microwave oven.
      * Please put in here to add granulated sugar. Be careful not to burn.
    2. A is added and mixed with the drink type yogurt.
    3. It divides to containers, such as a cup for the desired number, and it cools for 2 to 5 hours until it solidifies in a refrigerator.
  3. While waiting for completion of 2, make Orange section jelly.
    1. Peels are stripped off from Oranges (also inner thin skins), and One section is cut into 2 to 3 pieces.

      Some fruit will remain in the cut-off thin skins.
      Please squeeze the juice by hand, it puts in to the container together with the cut sections.
    2. Powdered gelatin is sprinkled and melted in one large tablespoon of hot water (not included recipes)
    3. B is added and mixed with the section and juice of A.
    4. It puts into a bowl etc., and it cools for 2 to 5 hours until it solidifies in a refrigerator.
  4. When both solidify, break down 3 lightly with a spoon etc., put on up to 2, and it is completion.

Material〈one cup〉
  • Orange 1 to 2 pieces
  • Vodka 30 ml
  • Peach liqueur,
    or peach juice
    15 ml or few drops
Orange and peach liqueur together are very popular with a fuzzy navel orange. Please add a mint and soda to others or look for the taste of your favorite!
How to make
  1. Squeeze 1 to 2 pieces of Orange with using extractor or juicer. The amount is up to you.
  2. Mix 1 and vodka, peach liqueur, or peach juice in the glass ice was put.
    It is one of the pleasure made by yourself that a recipe is also arrangeable. Since a quantity is not standard, please adjust by your favorite amount.
  3. Put the peeled orange on side and it is completion.

Materials〈1 piece〉
  • Orange One piece
  • Clove (hole type) 4 to 6g
  • The masking tape 5mm width
  • Bamboo skewer or toothpick

The point of work

  1. Since an orange will be shrunk if time forms and dries, please open an interval and stab with a clove.
  2. Fruit juice comes out from the hole of an orange, and it becomes easy to slide on a hand.

How to make
  1. Wash an orange with dish liquid.
